Our upstream providers (Softlayer) had a service outage with a rack of servers at one of the data centres. This lasted from 13 Dec 2011 13:46 (GMT+0000) to 13 Dec 2011 16:47 (GMT+0000) During this time some accounts on one of our servers (Tucker IP: 74.86.126.82) had a downgraded service. This issue has now been resolved. There have been a limited number (<2%) of websites that are hosted with us that have had their index.php pages altered. The attack appears to only affect websites using MySql data and apepar to have been injected by way of FTP. Accordingly we have changed the passwords for FTP and Cpanel access to many of our servers and put extra security in...

There is a failure at our datacentre which is currently being worked on due to a rogue script uploaded by one of our users. We are currently working to clear this and to prevent futher infections during this time the server will be offline. Mail and service will be queued until return to service which we hope will be shortly.
