Lost Your details to log on to us?

This page allows you to enter a Username, Domain name or E-mail address and sends out a password reset link if any of those details are found. If none of the information is found you will be informed.

Any password reset will be sent to the E-mail address we have on file. If you have changed that or no longer have access to it you must read the section further below.

Some providers such as AOL and Hotmail put Soho e-mails into the Spam box by default so you may need to check that to see our emails!

Use the lost details form only if you are certain of one of the following three things;

Your Username

A domain you have registered with us

Your email address regsitered with us.

If you know at least one of the items for certain, then you can use our Lost Details facility to have us re-send your details to the registered email address.

Changed Email Address?

If you do not know your log-in details and do not have access to the E-Mail address we have on file then you may request fresh information from Soho UK by using our form.

Because we are concious that there is always a risk of Domain HiJacking, we insist on verification documents which must be faxed or e-mailed back to us.
